Central newsletters

for the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar

In consultation with the university directorate, the SCC provides a few authorised users with the option of sending mails to groups of people. The distribution lists with the mail addresses are generated by a script from Identity Management. The mail addresses remain in the SCC and are therefore not made available to the senders.

Authorised users to send newsletters

These include:

  1. The Presidium incl. President's Office or the Vice-President's Office and the Chancellor's Office
  2. The elected members of StuKo
  3. The elected members of the dean's offices (dean, vice dean, dean of studies) and the heads of administration for mailing to their respective faculty
    - Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism
    - Faculty of Civil Engineering
    - Faculty of Art and Design
    - Faculty of Media
  4. Analogous regulations apply to the HfM.

Requirement: Request to the SCC user service

If you are authorised and would like to send a newsletter, please send an e-mail request to  nutzerservice[at]uni-weimar.de

Your request must contain:

  • Sender
  • Recipients (e.g. BUW members, BUW employees, students)
  • Reason for sending
