A remark at the beginning

Are you planning an event on the university's premises and need technical support for it?

Then we recommend the following procedure for your planning:

  1. Contact the MTS by phone or e-mail to discuss basic feasibility and possible support services.
  2. Submit a Room request (pdf form) to the Service Centre for Facility Management.
  3. Send your specific support request to the MTS team using the form below.

Please note that due to the organisational structure, the MTS team needs a lead time of at least 2 weeks to screen and process requests.

As a matter of principle, the MTS only supports events that take place in centrally administered rooms during normal office hours. Support is limited to planning and preparatory measures.
