of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar

Exhibition

Drawing and design pre-Bauhaus - our current exhibition presents books from the Zeichenschule Weimar (1776-1930) from the university library's collection.

Bibliotheksnewsletter

Newsletter

Our latest newsletter features information on the semester start, a new exhibition, workshops and classes, and unfortunately also on budget cuts in the library.

Budget cuts

The library budget will be cut back further in 2027. This will lead to severe reductions in the university's information supply.
