Vom 09.-11. November 2023 findet die diesjährige Jahrestagung des Instituts für Europäische Urbanistik (IfEU) an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar zum Thema „Authoritarian Urbanism: Global Manifestations, Knowledge Exchange and Contestation“ statt.

Die Konferenz thematisiert die Zusammenhänge zwischen aktueller Stadtentwicklung zunehmenden autoritären Tendenzen in globaler und interdisziplinärer Perspektive. Hierzu laden wir Sie herzlich ein und freuen uns, wenn Sie unsere Veranstaltung mit weiteren Netzwerken teilen.

Als Organisatorinnen freuen wir uns besonders, dass wir Virág Molnár von der New School for Social Research, New York und Michał Murawski vom University College London als Keynote-Vortragende gewinnen konnten.

This year's annual conference of the Institute for European Urban Studies (IfEU) on the topic "Authoritarian Urbanism: Global Manifestations, Knowledge Exchange and Contestation" will take place at the Bauhaus Universität Weimar from November 09-11, 2023.

The event will address the complex interrelations of current urban development processes and rising authoritarian tendencies in a global and interdisciplinary perspective. We warmly invite you to take part and would be happy if you could share information on the event in your networks.
