MINToring  - ein Mentoring-Programm für weibliche und/oder TIN*Personen im MINT-Bereich

Im Januar 2026 starten wir mit dem MINToring ein spezielles Mentoring-Programm für weibliche und/oder TIN* Promovierende und Master-Studierende mit konkretem Promotionsinteresse aus dem MINT-Bereich.

Mit dem MINToring möchten wir - das Gleichstellungsbüro in Kooperation mit der Bauhaus Research School - engagierte weibliche und/oder TIN* Promovierende und Promotionsinteressierte bei ihren derzeitigen Qualifikationsvorhaben sowie in ihrer fachlichen und akademischen Karriereentwicklung begleiten und unterstützen.

MINToring - Mentoring for doctoral candidates and prospective doctoral candidates

In January 2026, we will start MINToring, a special STEM-focused mentoring programme for female and/or TIN* doctoral candidates and master students with strong interest in doing their doctorate.

With MINToring, we - the Equal Opportunities Office, in cooperation with the Bauhaus Research School - would like to support motivated female and TIN* doctoral candidates and prospective doctoral candidates in their current qualification projects, and their professional as well as academic development and career.
