ich suche jemanden zur Untermiete für meine schöne Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Ich bin ab Juni bis mindestens zum Winter nicht da, evtl. sogar länger. Ich suche jemand verlässlichen, mit etwas Struktur und Ordnung, es gibt Pflanzen, die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. 

Die Wohnung:

- kostet im Monat 550EUR alles inklusive
- 45m2, voll möbliert, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, extra Gefrierschrank
- kleine Küche, kleines Bad, alles ideal für 1 Person oder ein Paar
- liegt 10min vom Bahnhof, 5min von tegut und Bioladen

- zur Uni 20min zu Fuss durch den Park / 10min mit dem Fahrrad / 15min Bus
- es gibt ein Fahrrad

i'm looking for somebody to subrent my beautiful loft. I am not there from june on until at least winter, maybe even longer. I'm looking for somebody responsible with a bit of structure, the flat is fully furbished, there are also plants to be taken care of.

the flat: 

- is 550EUR all in

- 45m2, is fully furbished, there's a washing mashine and an extra deep fry fridge

- has a small kitchen and a small bathroom, ideal for one person or a couple

- is 10min from Weimar Mainstation, 5min to the tegut supermarket and the bio market

- 20min by foot to the the main bauhaus building through the park, 10min by bike, 15min by bus

- there's a bike
