Projektbeschreibung

The AEC Global Teamwork Program is a multidisciplinary, student project that is sponsored by Stanford University. The goal of the project is to remotely study the possibility of a project coordination between different engineering disciplines by planning and design a university building. The project/ building is restricted by several challenges that all team members should work together and achieve it all.
Since the team is geographically distributed across the globe "different time zone", communication is conducted remotely using latest online applications like BIM360, IrisVr, Asana, Slack, Enscape and zoom for daily and weekly meetings for coordination and frequent collaboration with all team members.
All students travel to Stanford university two times at the kick off meeting for the project and at the final presentation but this year due to Corona situation the final presentation has been conducted online.
Nevertheless, this Corona situation showed how important and great is this project of being designed, coordinated and submitted online while all team members are remotely distributed.
