Milan received his PhD in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, UK in 2015. After working as psychometrics specialist for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh for two years, he returned to university to tach quantitative research methods, statistics, and R programming, first at Edinburgh and, in 2019, as Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sussex, England. He joined the Chair of Computer Science in Architecture at the Bauhaus-University Weimar in late 2022 as research assistant specialising in quantitative research methods and statistics.
