The climate crisis poses global challenges which affect not only all areas of academia, but life as a whole. In order to develop real sustainable processes and to achieve a future-oriented, holistic transformation, gender equality and social justice must play a central role. To this end, the equal opportunity office has created a series of literature databases which deal with relevant areas of research of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in connection with the environmental debate, diversity, and equality. The aim is to support our academic staff in their research and to continue in that way the environmental dialogue about caring and just and plural co-existence in the world and at university.
