Letterhead

This letterhead is only used for internal correspondence at the university. This is a simplified version of the letterhead for external use and does not require the official image and logo. All the necessary design elements are included in the provided internal letterhead template. After completing your letter, you may print it out using an office printer on any type of paper.

We use an offset printed letterhead with the official logo »Bauhaus-Universität Weimar« for all external correspondence. All other information, e.g. address and body of the letter, is inserted individually by the sender and printed onto the letterhead. If you would like to a write a letter, please use the provided letter template, in which the font, size and position of the texts are predefined.

You can order stationery with our letterhead from the secretary's office in your department or faculty. If you wish to send your letter as a PDF attachment in an e-mail, we ask you to use our template featuring our logo. We provide you the typeface and image in Word format, which you can then save as a PDF and attach to your e-mail.
