How do I register my child?

Before visiting the »Bauhäuschen« for the first time, you must submit the listed forms and documents to the INFOtake Weimar. Initial registration must always be done in person at the INFOtake in the foyer of the Mensa am Park (Dining Hall, Marienstraße 15b).

• Form: »Care contract« (»Betreuungsvertrag« — see website of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen)
• Form/information sheet: »General Terms and Conditions of Use« (»Allgemeine Nutzungsbedingungen« — see website of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen)
• Copy of the child's birth certificate
• Copy of student ID card (Thoska) or employee ID card
• Since 1 March 2020: Proof of measles vaccination
