Top-Up	Timing	Einreichung
Social Top-Up:	together with your signed “Grant Agreement” and “Declaration on Honour”	for long-term stays (min. 2 months) outgoing[at]uni-weimar.de for short-term stays (max. 10 days) bip[at]uni-weimar.de
Green Travel Top-Up:	at the latest with your “Confirmation of Departure” / “Confirmation of Stay”

Top-Up for Green Travel

Please submit proof that you travelled green without being asked to do so, at the latest together with your ‘Confirmation of Departure’. Proof includes, for example, train or bus tickets. In accordance with the requirements, the travel time and destination must be clearly visible.

Social Top-Up proof for chronic illness

Students with chronic illnesses should submit existing proof (e.g. diabetes emergency card) or confirmation from a doctor (the illness does not have to be visible, only that it is chronic).

Social Top-Up proof of disability

Students with disabilities should submit a scan of their disability card. If your degree of disability is 50 or more, you have the option of submitting a > long application.

Social Top-Up proof for child/ren

Students who are going abroad with their child/children should submit the birth certificate(s) and proof of travel (e.g. train ticket).

If you:

- fail to submit the proof(s) unsolicited by the deadlines specified above, or
- submit incomplete proof(s) (e.g. without signatures), or
- fail to provide a valid reason by the deadline as to why the proof(s) cannot yet be provided,

the funding amount will be adjusted accordingly and you may receive a new "Grant Agreement".
