The paper “Information Requirements for BIM: Current Practice and Implementation in Germany” by Martina Mellenthin Filardo, Florinda Ruppert and Prof. Dr. Jürgen Melzner examines the development and quality of Employer Information Requirements (EIR) within the German BIM context.

Claudia Föllmer received the award from the Association of the Association of the Construction Industry, Environment and Mechanical Engineering (VDBUM) in Willingen on 11 February 2026 for her master's thesis on: ‘Analysis and concept development for the digitisation of approval processes for large-scale and heavy transport in the construction industry’.
