All language courses are subject to fees. The fees are 45 € for students, 60 € for staff members, and 225 € for guests.
The fees must be transferred to the following account:

Reason for payment: 9200 + <last name, first name> + course fee for <language, course, group>
Please make sure that the reason for payment is correct so that we can allocate your payment correctly.
Send a copy of the payment document by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line, please make sure to include the language with course and group, if applicable. This saves us a lot of work.
Please note that once paid, course fees can only be refunded in exceptional cases. Therefore we urgently request that you do not transfer the course fees until you are sure that you can or want to attend the selected course. Only after your payment is the registration binding and your place in the course confirmed.
If you wish to be reimbursed, please follow this procedure:
- Submit your language course credit certificate to your faculty examination office (Prüfungsamt) and have the course listed as part of your study programme in your final Bachelor's/Master's degree certificate.
- After having received the degree certificate at the end of your studies, submit a copy to the Language Centre's Office. Please write your current address and bank details (SEPA format with IBAN and BIC codes) of your bank on the copyand submit it to the Language Centre's Office.
- The course fee will then be paid back into your bank account.
