Our responsibilities cover a wide range of activities in the areas of project and academic controlling, fund management, and strategic controlling, with a focus on the management, analysis, and further development of processes and instruments for efficient fund and resource planning at the Bauhaus University Weimar.
Project Controlling (third-party funding and in-house funds)
- Fund management and project controlling for third-party funded projects Lernraum-Bauhaus, Leerraum-Bauhaus, eTeach network, ThüLeNa, CampusConnect
- Reporting to funding institutions
- Communication with funding institutions
- Further development of project controlling tools
- Fund management and controlling for the Bauhaus.Module, Teaching Ideas, Beyond Now, Strengthening Democracy, and NEB funds
Academic Controlling
- Coordination and updating of the annual report
- Further development and creation of the data monitor and flyer for Bauhaus-Universität Weimar
- Preparation of statistical data and interpretation assistance
- Creation of presentations for committees
- Responding to ad hoc inquiries
