The learning booklet was created in collaboration of the International Office and the Sprachenzentrum: Centre for Language and Cultural Learning. The texts and tasks were written by Tom Wirkus and Simone Schwark. Lena Haubner and Hannes Naumann are responsible for the illustrations and overall design.

Studying at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar

Here you will find all the information you need on the topics of studies and introductory offers,applying to study and University Administration. You can also find out about our project-based course of study, where students immerse themselves in a topic of their choice by staging (an event, exhibit), researching or experimenting.

Bauhaus Summer School

The Bauhaus Summerschool is an international summer programme at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, which offers up to 300 prospective students, undergraduates and graduates from 70 nations the opportunity to take part in courses focusing on art, technology, architecture and languages.

Language Centre

The Sprachenzentrum: Centre for Language and Cultural Learning offers language courses at various levels (CEFR) for students and employees of the two Weimar universities. Students from other universities or guests can also attend our courses at, subject to availability.
