Project description

The academic mid-level staff - mainly consisting of employees on temporary qualification and third-party funded positions - fulfills a variety of tasks in research and teaching and forms the future generation of professors. But who are these people at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar? The working group "Perspectives for the academic mid-level staff" invites the academic mid-level staff to get to know each other and exchange ideas about how to improve situations. Come by, we have prepared little things for exchange and getting to know each other. We also want to present our position paper and take suggestions from you.
