»Buy yourself a piece of Bauhaus« - he Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, in cooperation with the Studierendenwerk Thüringen and the StuKo of the university, invited you to the Mensa am Park, Marienstraße 15 on Saturday, 10 December 2022. From 10 a.m to 6 pm, creative students, graduates and staff offered a variety of individual one-off items, small series and handmade goods at the Bauhaus Christmas Market.
An estimated 2,500 visitors made their way to the Bauhaus Christmas Market. While the beautiful, quirky and Christmassy were admired, examined and bought on the upper floor, sweet architectures were created on the ground floor during the LebkuchenBauhausWettbewerb of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism. At the same time, the Weimar Kneipenchor provided two short performances for the guests and the gingerbread teams to keep them in a good mood.
