Project description
The main goal of the design "THE 3 1/2" for the project module Lightwight Highrise Buildings, is to create a future-proof and sustainable architecture for many with an efficient and resource-saving construction method. By placing high-rise buildings in the urban context of the neighboring perimeter block development, as well as the skyline of the Europaviertel and creating a symbiosis, which optimally adapts to the urban context and thus offer qualitative work, living and recreational spaces for different user groups. The concept idea refers not only to the technical aspects of sustainability, such as resource conservation and efficiency, but also to formal sustainability in the form of participation of the users within the building.
