University Prizes Awarded During Matriculation Ceremony
During the Matriculation Ceremony on 15 October 2025, the University was not only an occasion to welcome new students, it was also an event to recognise outstanding academic and artistic achievements. A number of students, as well as an upcoming scientist and an upcoming artist, were awarded the 2025 University Prize for their work. The awards were presented by President Prof. Peter Benz in front of a packed audience in the Maurice-Halbwachs-Auditorium. The President congratulated the winners and praised their contributions to the University.
