NEW@BAUHAUS: Welcome Event at the University Opens Its Doors to Trainees
The relaxed event provided the opportunity for attendees to get to know one another, exchange ideas with new colleagues, and to meet the Presidential Board. Similar to the event held in autumn last year, the focus was on feedback: New employees and trainees were able to provide feedback on their onboarding experiences and identify specific needs, which help create a solid foundation for developing arrival procedures at the university.
»This is the first year we are explicitly opening our welcome event to trainees, and something we plan to continue. On 1 August and 2 September 2024, eight young individuals began their careers at our university in five different apprenticeships. We are delighted that nearly all of the trainees were able to attend the event«, says Dr. Carolin Wick, Human Resources Director of Personnel Development and Health Management.
NEW@BAUHAUS takes place twice a year and is organised and coordinated through the Personnel Development and Health Management Department of Human Resources.
