A Course Catalogue for Everyone: BAUHAUS4EU Events Now Online
The BAUHAUS4EU (B4EU) University Alliance has published their first programme of events: Courses are now open to members of all ten partner universities, including the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. The course catalogue includes lectures for students as well as workshops, staff weeks, and training sessions for administrative and technical staff, instructors, and researchers, providing opportunities for further education and networking with European colleagues.
The course catalogue is currently in a pilot phase and offers a varied selection of options. The topics range from tourism promotion in rural regions to workshops on mental health and specialist seminars on economics and mathematics. A filter options allows you to sort the courses by theme, target group, mobility, format, and credit points, similar to the Bauhaus.Modules.
Starting in December, the course catalogue will be updated every three months. The goal is to offer a comprehensive programme, both online and in person, from all partner universities. The programme is also intended to be accessible to all target groups at the University.
The course catalogue marks another step forward in the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar’s internationalisation strategy. The expanded range of study and further education programmes is meant to enrich and promote the professional skills of university members by offering international perspectives. The course catalogue also provides the long-term opportunity to attract new students who learn about the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar through the offers in the catalogue. By working closely together with nine other foreign universities, Weimar’s reputation as a location for studying and carrying out research is reaching a new target group of students.
The course catalogue is part of the BAUHAUS4EU website, where you can find further information on its goals, responsibilities, and activities.
