Project description
The existing experimental building x.stahl on the main campus is part of the development of a
place to gather and exchange for the whole university from 2023 on, deriving from learning,
research and presentation workshops.
Five test designs developed differentiated circulation concepts based on various design projects to
prepare for the project development. In addition, an interdisciplinary student call for adaptive
façade designs relating to the program presented different approaches toward a university
education architecture. As a result, the proposals broaden the path to discussions and other
participation formats in designing the campus.
