  • Charaterization and estimation of given organisation models for public real estate companies
  • Identification of success factors for the management of real estate properties by the Federal Armed Forces

  • Analysis of given papers and studies concerning the topic
  • Comparison of federal, state and local authorities public real estate companies and their particular solutions for overcoming restraints concerning PPP-measures
  • Comparison with management of corporate real estate
  • Identification of suggestions for the 'g.e.b.b.' (Gesellschaft für Entwicklung, Beschaffung und Betrieb mbH), a company of the Ministry of Defence (BMVg)
