As a member of the University Council of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, I would like to contribute in an enriching and meaningful way my experience in designing the digital transformation process at MDR, my media competence, my profound knowledge of the academic environment of Central Germany and my extensive network. I will furthermore strive for an intensive exchange between this alma mater and the new ARD community body »ARD Kultur«, which produces an innovative and digital cultural programme in the immediate vicinity of the Bauhaus-Universität under the auspices of MDR.
