Tandem Mentoring
- consists of a mentor and a mentee
- focusses on personal and strategic career planning
- Mentors can participate in the annual feedback meetings with the dean
- Mentors are assigned based on the individual developmental goals and wishes of the mentee
- Mentors are not involved in the committees or decision-making processes for the tenure procedure
