International teaching is a large field of action and is not limited to the physical mobility of teachers and students. Internationalization@home refers to the objective and efforts to qualify not only a mobile minority, but all students in all fields of study for a globalized working world:

Faculty from two or more cultures develop and conduct a teaching project together that emphasizes experiential, collaborative, and intercultural student learning.
The Intercultural Competence project is part of the BMBF-funded Studium.Bauhaus project currently being developed under the motto of “Sustainable.Intercultural.Education”. The aim is to systematically develop and expand intercultural training offers at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in order to strengthen intercultural competence in the long term as a future-oriented key skill.
