Risk and Chance Management

Based on an outline of five business processes, opportunities and risks in the implementation of a functional contract are explained. Both legal and construction aspects of the respective business processes are directly linked to each other through the lecture as an integrated lecture in such a way that concrete management recommendations are derived. Among other things, this also means that the participants are provided with checklists for working through problem areas and areas of activity in the respective business processes, which, in connection with the corresponding explanations, should also enable the safe execution of a functional contract.

Legal Contract Management

Introduction to legal project and contract management for complex construction and development projects, service profile of legal advisors, forward-looking analysis, preparation and solution of project-relevant legal issues, organisation and control, case studies.
