Intercultural advanced training events

In intercultural trainings, intercultural learning processes are initiated and skills are promoted, which should strengthen employees in dealing with new challenges and situations of congestion.

The aim of the series "Cultures in Focus" is the presentation of the most frequently represented countries or regions on the campus with their university-relevant characteristics (eg teaching and learning culture, communication style, service culture), to a more sophisticated perception and a better understanding to promote cultural differences.
