Guest Lecture by Texulting
Starting in January 2025, the separate collection of used textiles will become mandatory across Europe. This upcoming regulation places textiles at the center of resource management discussions and integrates the topic further into academic teaching. In her lecture, Mrs. Lehmann shared insights into current national and international projects, highlighting how Texulting—a consulting firm operating at the intersection of textiles and consulting—supports and promotes sustainable innovations. She emphasized the importance of sustainability reports as a key tool for companies to demonstrate transparency and accountability. The recent publication of the university’s third sustainability report further underscores the relevance of these topics for students.
