Invited and organized by the Universität Innsbruck, doctoral students from various universities came together to discuss current research priorities and methodological challenges.
The participants were not only offered a breathtaking alpine landscape, but also an inspiring atmosphere for intensive scientific exchange. The participation of experienced professors, who enriched the scientific work of the doctoral students with constructive feedback and practical suggestions, was particularly valuable.
In addition a workshop, a joint hike and social evenings provided space for informal discussions, networking opportunities and the establishment of long-lasting contacts. In the end, the farewell - especially for the doctoral students who are about to graduate - was both sad and joyful.
