The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) published a new technical memorandum: TM53 Refurbishment of non-domestic buildings. The 89 page technical memorandum was authored by Assoc. Prof. Mark Jentsch as principal author in cooperation with a steering group of experts in the field of building services engineering. The report is aimed at professionals involved in the building refurbishment process.
