Workshops

27.01.2023 / 9 am - 4 pm

Large format photography / SW lab contact print
We will expose mammography film (medicine) with a LF-camera. The topic is the effect of skin under ultraviolet light. Afterwards the films will be developed and copied to the positive print in the SW-lab.

Participants: 2-4

03.02.2023 / 9 am - 4 pm

Albumen prints
Albumen prints were a widespread method of producing copies of a glass negative at the end of the 19th century. Salts embedded in egg white react with silver nitrate under UV light - this is how negatives printed on film can still be copied today

Participants: 2-4 /
Cost: 5€

10.02.2023 / 9 am - 4 pm

Photographing with the Large Format Camera on B/W Photo Paper
With a large format camera you can also expose on photographic paper instead of film. These paper negatives can later be recopied into positives. Using the example of portraits, you can learn about the advantages and disadvantages of the large-format camera.

Participants: 2-4 /
Cost: 5€
