Would you like to study in Germany?
Intro.Bauhaus is an interactive German course combined with a try-out study. The target group of the course are students from PASCH schools who are interested in studying in Germany. The main topics of the course are studying, training, career and everyday life at university. The language focus is primarily on communication and the development of oral skills. In the afternoons, you will take part in various workshops and lectures at the Bauhaus University Weimar, giving you the opportunity to get a taste of everyday study life.
On site and online
12.06.23-16.06.23 online
During the online week, you will mainly practise your writing skills. You will write your own texts on the topic of training/studies/professional future during this time. You will meet online in small groups for 3 hours every day. The online phase will also be used to prepare for the trip to Weimar.
Try-out study
In the afternoons, you will attend various workshops and lectures and can already gain insights into everyday study life. Furthermore, when visiting the University of Jena and the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences Jena, you will have the opportunity to get to know hundreds of additional degree programmes in all subject areas. There will be a lot of experimenting and trying out. Studying on a trial basis is accompanied by intensive and individual study counselling.

Outside of the course, you can fully immerse yourself in the German language and exchange ideas with your fellow students. On weekends, you will discover the exciting cities of the region or find yourself in the beautiful nature of the green heart of Germany.

Levels: Beginners with previous knowledge to advanced A2 - C1 (no A1 group!)
