Join us for a great day trip of hiking in the green heart of Germany! Eisenach is located in the middle of Germany and is considered a Mecca for hikers - around 250 kilometers of hiking trails lead to beautiful destinations. The most famous hiking trail in Europe, the Rennsteig, even begins in the district of Hörschel. If you enjoy nature and would like to strecht your lega a little, this is the place to be!

On our hiking trip, we will visit Wartburg Castle (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wartburg Castle is characterized by its unique architecture and is deeply associated with meaningful personalities and historical events: in 1521/22, Luther has translated the bible there! Our excursion will finish off with a hike through the legendary Dragon Gorge in the Thuringian Forest. A place, where sagas come to life and fairytales begin…
