Das Dezernat Gebäudemanagement ist eine gemeinsame Einrichtung der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und der Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT .
Das Dezernat ist für das operative und strategische Liegenschaftsmanagement beider Hochschulen verantwortlich. Dabei sind alle Aufgaben des Bau- und Gebäudemanagements als Bestandteil eines ganzheitlichen Facility Managements zu erledigen. Das technische, infrastrukturelle und kaufmännische Gebäudemanagement für insgesamt ca. 80.000 m² Nutzfläche ist Kernaufgabe des Dezernates.
Hinweis zur Umstrukturierung
Das ehemalige Servicezentrum Liegenschaften wurde zum 01.01.2026 restrukturiert und in das neue Dezernat Gebäudemanagement überführt.

The Facility Management Department is a joint institution of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and the University of Music FRANZ LISZT.
The Department is responsible for operational and strategic facility management at both institutions. All construction and facility management tasks are to be carried out in a comprehensive way. The Department is primarily responsible for the technical, infrastructural, and commercial management of approximately 80,000 m² of usable space.
Note on Restructuring
The former Service Centre for Facility Management was restructured on 1 January 2026 and integrated into the new Facility Management Department.
This new organisational structure aims to make the services we offer clearer, more efficient, and easier to access.
