Research Interest

The research interests of the junior professorship lie at the intersection of responsible service management, media, and societal transformation. The core focus is on transformative service research and responsible management, with particular emphasis on digital technologies, inclusion, and sustainable value creation.

  • Transformative Service Research (TSR): Design of services that enhance the well-being of individuals, organizations, and society.
  • Responsible Management: Responsible, sustainable, and inclusive action in entrepreneurial and societal contexts.
  • Inclusive Service and Media Design: Promotion of participation, diversity, and social justice in service and media ecosystems.
  • Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Decision-Making: Use of data-driven and AI-supported approaches to support management processes
  • Integration Research: Examination of the role of services, media, and organizations in the integration, empowerment, and social participation of people with refugee experience.
