The core focus is on transformative service research and responsible management, with particular emphasis on digital technologies, inclusion, and sustainable value creation.

  • Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Decision-Making: Use of data-driven and AI-supported approaches to support management processes
  • Integration Research: Examination of the role of services, media, and organizations in the integration, empowerment, and social participation of people with refugee experience.
