Every student of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar may use the equipment lending service after completing verification and registration.
For registration, the following information is required: first and last name(s), university email address (@uni-weimar.de), matriculation number and thoska card number.
Please send this information by email to mediapoint[at]medien.uni-weimar.de or visit the Media·Point in person. The handling of your data is governed by the data protection policy.
After registration, equipment reservations can be made via the »Leihs« system.
Large-scale loans are always by arrangement!
Please note that extensive large-scale loans must be registered with technical dispo at least 4 weeks before the start of filming or the event.
During the lecture period
Returns:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Loans:
Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

During the semester break
Returns:
Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Studio use must be registered via studio dispo. The studio rules must be accepted and the studio checklist must be observed.
The editing suites are currently available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access is granted via thoska activation.
Your thoska card will be activated for the required rooms at the Media·Point. Please request activation by email to mediapoint[at]medien.uni-weimar.de
or visit in person during opening hours.
Spaces can be booked via the Moodle planner.
