Bauhaus.Modules and Bauhaus-Studium are interdisciplinary projects aimed at further developing the range of courses offered at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar
The Bauhaus.Modules offer students from all study programmes at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar the opportunity to expand their studies by participating in explicitly interdisciplinary courses. These courses introduce students to a broad range of new perspectives during their studies, allowing them to cooperate with other disciplines and to reflect on their own work. Bauhaus.Modules were introduced for the Bauhaus Centenary during the 2018/19 winter semester (»Bauhaus.Semester«) and have been available for students to participate in ever since.
Details on the Bauhaus.Modules, current course offerings and insights on past semesters can be found on the Website.

The term »Bauhaus-Studium« is used to summarize a variety of concepts and approaches in order to further develop innovative formats in teaching and to interlink them with each other. The ongoing project aims to achieve an individualization of studies at the Bauhaus University Weimar. For this purpose, existing formats are included, newly combined with each other and supplemented and expanded by additional and newly developed elements.
If you would like to contribute an idea or a project, you are cordially invited to do so within the framework of the regularly meeting working group.
Please contact the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Christian Koch (c.koch[at]uni-weimar.de) or Mats Werchohlad (mats.werchohlad[at]uni-weimar.de), staff member of the University Development Department.
We look forward to working with you to shape the further development of our teaching offerings.
