Mit dem MINToring unterstützt das Gleichstellungsbüro in Kooperation mit der Bauhaus Research School engagierte weibliche und/oder TIN* Promovierende und Promotionsinteressierte mit ausdrücklicher Promotionsabsicht bei ihren derzeitigen Qualifikationsvorhaben sowie in ihrer fachlichen und akademischen Karriereentwicklung.

The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar offers a STEM-focused mentoring programme especially for female and/or TIN* doctoral candidates and Master students with strong interest in doing a doctorate. 

With MINToring, the Equal Opportunities Office, in cooperation with the Bauhaus Research School, supports motivated female and TIN* doctoral candidates and prospective doctoral candidates with strong intention to pursue a doctorate in their current qualification projects, and their professional as well as academic development and career.
