Project description
In this project, an Android App for remote control of a low-cost shake table was developed. The shake table was built in SS2020 at the Chair of Computing in Civil Engineering. Students were not allowed to enter the university labs due to the pandemic, i.e. use of the shaker table with on-site control was not possible for a long time. For this purpose, a student has developed (in his master's thesis) an Android App that can move the shake table remotely for periodic and seismic excitations through Firebase cloud. In this video, we introduce the shake table and the App.
