Project description

Sleeping is our most pleasant and most important practice - on average, humans spend one third of their life in the arms of Morpheus. Sleep allows us to regenerate, it supports essential recovery processes of our body and creates access to our subconsciousness. In this course, we wanted to comment on the topic creatively in four different exercises (based on the four stages of sleep). We were dealing with sleeping culture and bizarre phenomenons, with sleep-related objects, as well as with dream research and health. We have even indulged in some self-experimentation. In the end, the students created a varied selection of works - zines and animated posters, infographics, integrated solutions for a better sleep experience as well as illustrations based on the content of their own dreams.
