Planning Together: Invitation to Participate in Surveys & Discussions
How do we want to shape our university together?
Dear students, dear university staff, dear professors,
we would like to invite you to take part in our survey in order to develop a guideline for participation for the planning of construction projects at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
Due to the criticism that surrounded the redesign of the campus in front of the Main Building, we decided to address the issue of partipation in the seminar "Gemeinsam Planen?!" (engl.: "planning together?!") in which students from different faculties are developing a guideline for participation for the process of construction projects at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. This seminar is a Bauhaus.Modul at the chair of Urban Studies and Social Research.
The guideline for participation shall help avoiding conflicts before and during prospective construction projects and allow for more pariticpation. In order to involve all of you in the process of devloping such a guideline, we would like to invite you to take part in our survey on participation.
The survey* will take about 10 minutes of your time and is available until December 20th 2019 following this link:

The results of the survey are an essential part for the development of the guideline for participation, that is going to be presented and discussed on January 15th 2020 from 3:30 PM to 6PM. You are cordially invited to join our presentation and discussion! The place for the presentation will be announced soon.
We look forward to your responses and thank you in advance for your participation in the survey.
Kind regards,
Maximilian Theye, Franziska Felger and Malena Rottwinkel
