YOGA at the nova [shared] space

• open for all
• no previous experience necessary
• please bring your own mat and come in comfortable clothes (we practise barefoot, shoes are not necessary)
• optionally bring a blanket and warm socks
• donation is welcome (voluntary)
• no registration necessary
• in German, English translation possible if desired
• start sharp

The yoga classes will be given by Imani Fee Hallein (*1999 Munich). She studies Product Design at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and has been a certified yoga teacher since 2020. She first came into contact with yoga at the age of 11. Her yoga style is characterised by versatility. She prefers to teach a mixture of flowing and static yoga postures. In Imani's yoga classes you can expect not only a little journey to yourself and your breath, but you will also gain more physical and mental strength and more serenity.
