In this workshop you will learn what it means to breathe consciously and connectedly and thus to be more energised. Breathwork is an effective way to consciously release tensions of all kinds, on a cellular level, that we carry around with us every day. The power of your own breath can support you in releasing the old and creating space for the new. Space for (potential) unfolding. This kind of breathwork is body-oriented and consists of the following six elements: Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Meditation and Emotions. The connected, circular breath creates space for clarity, new insights and intuitive healing. Through the strong connection with our body, our feelings and our deep self, we can experience a peaceful and joyful state of being. And thus go through life freer and stronger.
No previous experience is necessary. It is recommended to come in comfortable, warm and loose clothing, not to eat anything for 1 hour before the session and to avoid coffee on that day if possible.
CONTRAINDICATIONS are pregnancy, high blood pressure, severe psychiatric symptoms, asthma, recent surgery, pacemaker / heart problems, glaucoma, osteoporosis and taking strong medication.
