Please note the following technical information so that you can participate in the online workshops without any problems!

General technical advices for all

  1. Choose a location with a stable Internet connection for your participation.
  2. There is a separate room with an access link for each workshop. The rooms are usually occupied by hosts.
  3. Please use headphones or headsets to avoid echoes.
  4. Please test if your microphone is working, e.g. here https://online-voice-recorder.com/de/
  5. Usually only the hosts have the video on. Only for individual consultations it is possible to activate the video.
  6. If you do not speak, please switch off the microphone.
  7. If you have a question, please announce it by writing »Question« in the chat, the hosts will give you the chance to speak. 
  8. In order to speak with the hosts and other participants, you must allow access to your microphone when entering the room. Alternatively, you can use the integrated chats to exchange ideas and ask questions.
  9. In case of technical issues it may help to change the browser, you could try e.g. Edge Chromium or Google Chrome.

ATTENTION!

  1. Records or recordings are not permitted. Any transfer or re-publication to other places or people is therefore also not permitted. The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar reserves the right to take legal action in case of violation.
  2. As soon as you enter the webinar room, you will be visible to other guests and the hosts. To do so, you give your consent by clicking on the respective link to the offer of your choice. Personal data will not be saved.
