Nader Vossoughian

Nader Vossoughian ist ein Historiker, Kurator und Theoretiker der Architektur. Bevor er sich der Architektur zuwandte, studierte er Philosophie und Germanistik und schloss sein Studium am Swarthmore College mit Phi Beta Kappa und mit Auszeichnung ab. Im Jahr 1995 erhielt er ein Fulbright-Stipendium in Berlin, wo er bei Friedrich A. Kittler und Fritz Neumeyer studierte. Zwischen 1997 und 2004 war er Doktorand an der Columbia University, zunächst in der Abteilung für germanische Literaturen, wo er 1998 seinen MA erhielt, und später in der Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, wo er 2004 seinen MPhil und PhD erhielt. Neben dem NYIT hat er auch an der Universität Kassel, der Columbia University und dem Museum of Modern Art unterrichtet.

Holly Bushman

Holly Bushman is a PhD candidate in the History and Theory of Architecture at Princeton University, where she is also a Graduate Affiliate in the Program in European Cultural Studies. Her dissertation research considers the cultural and intellectual history of the late GDR through a study of institutions and intellectuals working in a global and transnational context during the 1980s. During the 2024-25 academic year, she is the recipient of a DAAD fellowship and is a visiting researcher at the International Heritage Center of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.

Shradha Chandan

Shradha Chandan from Bhubaneswar (India) has been a DAAD Postdoctoral Researcher in the International Mobility Experience programme since September 2023. She is working on a project entitled "Rethinking Tangible and Intangible Heritage - Cultural Heritage in the Context of Social Transformations and Community Participation".

Dr. Giorgia Aquilar was a Bauhaus postdoctoral fellow in the summer semester 2022 with the project »A HERITAGE HERBARIUM: Evolutive Encounters of Urban Legacies and New Natures, Blooming Out of the Debris of Destruction«.
