Jessica Müller:
Hey :)
This lovely room in our shared apartment will be available from 15th August for half a year, as I’ll be going abroad for a semester.
The room is about 18 square meters and will remain partially furnished. Since it faces west, you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and watch the sunset in the evening ????
It does face the street, but with the window closed, you can barely hear any noise.
We can discuss together which furniture will stay in the room, and I would arrange an appropriate buyout with you accordingly.
Important: My cat currently lives here with me in the room (she won’t be in the apartment for that half year). So this apartment is not suitable for people with allergies.
Location
The apartment is located in a student house on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Next to it is the old Volkshaus building, which has been vacant for years. Occasionally, renovation work still takes place there. Otherwise, apart from the street noise, the building is very quiet.
The bus stop is directly opposite the house. From there, you can get to Bauhaus University without changing buses.
If you have a car, you can park for free in the surrounding streets.
Walking distances:
about 20 minutes to Bauhaus University
about 3 minutes to the shopping center
about 10 minutes to the old town
about 10 minutes to the train station
We are a shared flat of three people who enjoy chatting together in the kitchen or spending cozy flatmate evenings on the couch. We’d love to keep it that way, so this is definitely not just a “functional” flatshare :)
Anna and I (Jess) will both be going abroad for a semester in August, so two rooms will be sublet for six months. Emma (22) will stay in the apartment and is looking forward to welcoming new open-minded and lovely flatmates who enjoy hanging out together in the kitchen or on the balcony, playing games, and talking about pretty much anything.
So if you’d like to spend six months in a bright shared flat with kind people and good vibes, feel free to send me an email to jessica.mueller@uni-weimar.de and we can arrange a viewing :)
