2 rooms available for sublet during the Winter Semester 2026-2027 in 6 people WG at the T40, Maxi's is facing west and Giuliana's is facing south, both get really nice light, have high ceilings and Giuliana's has wooden floors, and Maxi's cement floor, both are fully furnished so they're perfect for exchange students. Dates are negotiable, there is no deposit needed, the rent is 340 for one and 350 for the other.

The location is 10 minutes away from the Bauhaus Campus, 7 min from Lidl and from the Old Town. Mostly students live in the building, there's a lot of bike parking space and the area is pretty calm.

Currently 3 people are leaving and 3 are staying, those who are here are working and studying, Fred studies media arts, Cosmo is teaching in a school and Max works at the Uni. We share a very relaxed flat. We cook together sometimes and hang out on the balcony, but everyone is pretty independent. The building organises big parties occasionally and we usually like to join in, but windows are thick so it never gets too loud. We have a WG cat named Thälmann, she's also pretty chill and likes to hang out with everyone. We have two bathrooms shared across 6 people so it never gets too crowded, and have a big living room and kitchen with balcony and an extra room for working.
